Job Purpose

Develop, execute & operate the regular activities of Operations function of Data Warehouse & Reporting sub-unit of Microfinance Technology following approved process, procedures, report delivery schedules and involving related stakeholders & partners.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, execute and operate the operations related computer systems & solutions as per approved process & procedures.
Ensure all operational deliverables to MIS & FIS functions as per schedules & stakeholder expectations with data reports.
Escalate problems & issues as per escalation procedure.
Participate in related cross-functional projects & initiatives.
Collaborate with partners & vendors to bring new solutions, bug fixations & bringing operational stability
Develop and data security and data warehouse.
Proficient in writing queries in PostgreSQL and SQL Server for reporting and data management aligned with business requirements.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Required Educational Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of data warehouse & data center.
Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding in financial reporting.
Basic understanding in data analysis and query programming.
Project management skills.
Specially knowledge on SQL query.
Ability to analyze stakeholder requirements.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 02 years of relevant working experience.

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience

2 to 10 years
