Position Summary

 Terraprime Hotels and Resorts Limited is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Executive–Sales & Marketing to manage investment-based sales of hotel and resort projects under a venture capital investment model. This role requires direct involvement in real estate investment sales, hands-on tele-sales, and leadership of a tele-sales team, along with coordination with marketing and internal stakeholders

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Investment Acquisition

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify, approach, and engage individual and institutional investors
  • Prepare and present structured investment proposals, sales pitches, and presentations
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-ups
  • Promote and sell hotel and resort investment shares developed by the company
  • Visit the outdoor field for the client`s dealing and marketing campaign

Tele Sales (Direct Involvement)

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective investors and clients
  • Clearly communicate real estate investment opportunities over phone
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp
  • Address objections and provide accurate investment-related information
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed investors

Tele Sales Team Leadership

  • Supervise daily activities of the tele-sales team
  • Ensure compliance with sales scripts, call quality standards, and KPIs
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Monitor team performance using CRM and reporting tools
  • Support team motivation and productivity

Marketing & Internal Coordination

  • Support investor-focused marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with content and creative teams for brochures, campaigns, and digital materials
  • Collect client feedback and share insights with management
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new investors

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Motel, Resort

Additional Requirements

  • Only Female
  • Minimum 2 (two) years of proven experience in real estate sales
  • Strong understanding of real estate products, investment concepts, and client handling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in tele-sales or investment sales is highly preferred
  • Experience in team supervision will be considered an advantage
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is desirable

Working Hours

  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
  • Weekly Off: Friday

Probation Period

  • 3 (Three) months
  • Confirmation subject to satisfactory performance
