Position Summary

We are looking for the position of Senior Executive - Sales

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and site visits.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and product demonstrations to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiation and documentation.
  • Convert inquiries and walk-in customers into confirmed bookings through effective consultative selling techniques.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • BBA(Hon’s) in Marketing
Additional Qualifications

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing
  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing
  • Master of Arts (MA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 4 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Property Management & Preservation Services, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
