Job Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across outlets to maintain quality, hygiene and service standards.
• Assist in implementing operational processes for beverages, pastries and fast-food items to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise outlet staff during shifts and ensure proper handling of beverage preparation, pastry items, and fast-food service.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock control and coordinate with the team to ensure proper storage and minimal wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handle customer queries and feedback promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply teams for timely availability of required F&B items.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly operational reports and update management on outlet activities.
• Identify and report operational issues and assist in resolving them to ensure smooth outlet functioning.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee multiple outlets.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities to drive operations and performance.
• Good communication skills with flexibility to travel and work extended hours.

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

Experience

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Coffee Shop, Fast Food Shop, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant
