Position Summary

The Senior Executive / Executive (Customer Service & Customer Care) is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient communication, accurate record management, and adherence to company service standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate effectively among customers, service advisors, technicians, and other departments.
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management activities and maintain customer records accurately.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and customer service reports.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Utilize AI-powered productivity tools to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Follow company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and service standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics
Additional Qualifications

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Bangla typing speed: Minimum 20 WPM
  • English typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM
