Position Summary

Responsible for leading sales operations, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence for consumer brand products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the national sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer accounts and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with large clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
  • Deliver timely, tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Keep the sales team informed and prepared for new product launches and updates.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA)
