Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the sales activities of Solar, HVAC, and BYD Car product teams.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, purchase orders, and sales reports.
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely product deliveryand customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and sales documentation.
• Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits as required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business development initiatives.
• Prepare periodic sales performance reports and present updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering in or a relevant discipline

Additional Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Candidates with an educational background in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields will receive preference.

Experience Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Technical sales coordination, sales support, or a related role.
• Experience in Solar, HVAC, Automotive, or Renewable Energy industries will be considered an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
