Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, source tender opportunities, and contribute to the company's business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, networking ability, and a proactive approach to client engagement and market development

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-up activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding upcoming projects, procurement plans, and tender opportunities.
  • Source tender opportunities from e-GP and other government/private tender platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, procurement officials, tender authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information and documents for business development activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, business opportunities, and follow-up activities.
  • Perform any other business development and marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • BBA(Hon’s) in Marketing
Additional Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales, Marketing, Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales, Marketing, Management
  • Diploma in Business Studies in Sales, Marketing, Management
  • Any relevant discipline.

Experience

  • 1 to 5 years

  • Age At most 36 years
  • Only Male
  • Candidates with relevant experience may receive educational qualification relaxation.
  • Candidates with experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Tender Sourcing, or Corporate Sales will be given preference.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to perform regular field visits and client meetings.
  • Knowledge of e-GP and tender-related activities will be considered an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethics.
