Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
• Manage distributors, dealers, and sales teams effectively.
• Develop new markets and create business growth opportunities.
• Monitor and supervise sales team activities.
• Conduct market analysis and prepare sales reports.
• Oversee distribution, stock management, and collection of outstanding payments.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Master’s degree in the relevant subject.

Additional Qualifications

Special Preference:

• Candidates with experience in the sales and marketing of chips, chanachur, fried lentils, fried peas, and other snack products will be given priority.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an RSM or ASM position.
