Position Summary

Regional Operation Managers are the key drivers of Sales and Distribution KPIs to make sure target has been achieved in line with company objectives. To manage DB houses operation for delivering set KPIs of Anchors and Mokam CPG. Act as key lever for driving DB wise profitability and managing anchor`s expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • To meet NMV target based on Distribution Points, monitor credit policy, and arrange claim settlement to anchors by timeline.
  • Manage and monitor different anchors, conduct operation coaching sessions, and performance evaluations of the Distribution Team.
  • Hold responsibility for a certain sales growth rate of each DB under his/her preview.
  • Help DB Manager in solving the retail dispute over product deliveries, sales or due balance, and other business issues with the recommendation.
  • Recommend and process deployment, transfer, and termination of DB Managers.
  • Proactively alert to issues related to field force activities and facilitate effective and timely corrective actions by accountable persons.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
  • Ensure Regional operation budgets are achieved, and cost budgets are below agreed norms. Along with agreeing regional shares are retained or obtained in the region, this will also require people are retained and developed at the same time.
  • Explore new acquisitions for the development of business and the improvement of business operations in the region.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Any other task assigned by the leadership team


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Distribution management, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Handling Distributors or Dealers, sales and Distribution
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication, Tobacco

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 50 years
