Position Summary
The role of Regional HR Partner is to oversee the region-based HR Operations of the overall business function.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle of Blue-Collar Employee (Ex: Delivery Rider, Pickup Rider, Operations Associate) for sourcing the best talent after identification of manpower requirements.
- Hiring vacant positions including white collar employee as per the requirement.
- Respond to HR related enquiries from Employee received through email, telephone or other ways.
- Monitor HRD policy and guidance & ensure that enquiry handling procedures mirror these and cascade knowledge to other team members.
- Constantly seek to review and improve service by identifying areas for development in guidance and reporting feedback from customers to managers above.
- Co-ordination of meetings with posts/ team, sending out discussed agenda.
- Visiting Hub on a regular basis for identifying the business needs.
- Maintain and update all relevant trackers as required.
- Issuing confirmation letters, contract extension letters, letter of appointment, employment certificates and other reference letters.
- Support to HMT in different projects when needed.
- Completing end to end exit formalities of the existing employees.
- Good knowledge in Labor Law
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
