Position Summary

We are looking for some candidates for the position of PS to Managing Director

Job Responsibilities

  • Carrying out specific projects and research from time to time.
  • Dealing with incoming emails, faxes, and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the MD.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Compile different reports, Business presentations, summarize and submit to MD as required.
  • Performing other duties consistent with the level of this position and as advised
  • Organizing inter-departmental meetings of MD with department heads.
  • To perform any other task, assigned by the management as and when required.

Qualification

Educational Requirements

  • A-Levels/O-Levels/ BBA/MBA from any recognized and well-reputed university.
  • Candidates having a Science Background will get preference.
  • Skills Required: Personal Secretary, Public Relation

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Secretary
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 02 years' experience in the respective field.
  • The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
  • Must have good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Must have a good command of English proficiency.
  • Must have excellent command over MS office applications.
