Position Summary
ACI Motors Limited, one of the subsidiaries of ACI, deals in Automobile & Agri-machineries such as; Motorcycle, Tractor, Power Tiller, Harvester, Diesel Engine, Pump, Generator and Construction Equipment. We have a strong market position in motorcycle unit by creating a positive impact on young minds with our world-class brand `Yamaha`. Yamaha has a strong market position in 150cc segment with its premium products; i.e. R15, MT15, FZS. Yamaha also provides alternative options to its customers with Saluto (125 cc), Scooter.
Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market needs. Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Product Planning: Define product requirements, features, and roadmaps based on prioritized needs and resource constraints. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive product development and ensure successful execution. Product Development: Lead the product development process, including defining user stories, overseeing design and development sprints, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer communications. Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate on the product based on insights to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, progress, and updates effectively to stakeholders across the organization, including executives, team members, and external partners. Customer Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges to the product`s success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Any other tasks assign by the supervisor.
