To manage local sourcing of Balance of System (BOS) components, steel structural fabrication, civil works subcontracts, and electrical balance materials for solar EPC builds. 

• Source and procure local BOS items including module mounting structures (MMS), AC/DC cables, junction boxes, and transformers.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with structural steel fabricators, galvanizers, and local civil/electrical sub-contractors.
• Execute vendor evaluation, quality audits, and factory acceptance tests (FAT) for local structural and electrical fabrication.
• Coordinate site delivery schedules to match project erection and installation milestones.
• Maintain rigorous cost controls, reconciling field requisitions against baseline BOQs. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Local BOS procurement cost savings against baseline project budgets.
• Zero site delays attributable to material shortages or fabrication delays.
• Compliance rate of locally sourced structural/electrical components with quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) or Supply Chain Management.
• 2 to 4 years of procurement experience specifically within Solar EPC or heavy structural construction.
• Established network of local structural fabricators, cable manufacturers, and electrical suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and deep knowledge of local subcontracting legal practices.
