To streamline the sourcing and purchasing of HVAC machinery, raw materials, ducting, piping, and accessories while driving cost efficiency and ensuring strict adherence to project timelines. 

• Float RFQs to approved vendors, perform commercial evaluation, and negotiate unit costs, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Source specialized HVAC equipment (chillers, VRF indoor/outdoor units, AHUs, cooling towers) and bulk materials (copper piping, insulation, sheet metal, valves).
• Maintain and expand a vetted vendor database, regularly assessing vendor performance on quality, delivery lead times, and price.
• Coordinate with project site teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials, preventing installation downtime.
• Manage import documentation, letters of credit (L/C), custom clearances, and material inspection clearances where applicable. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Cost savings achieved against estimated procurement budgets.
• On-time material delivery rate to project sites (OTIF - On Time In Full).
• Purchase order turnaround time from technical requisition release.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Engineering.
• 3 to 4 years of specialized procurement experience in HVAC or MEP contracting companies.
• Working knowledge of ERP procurement modules (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo).
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and familiarity with commercial logistics and tax frameworks.
