Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) of NeosCoder Ltd (A concern of Akij Venture Group). The ideal candidate will have relevant professional experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both administrative and operational tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements

• Handle emails, phone calls, and official communication

• Prepare letters, reports, and other necessary documents

• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (digital and physical)

• Arrange travel plans, hotel bookings, and travel schedules when needed

• Ensure timely reminders for meetings, tasks, and deadlines

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents

• Attend meetings when required and take meeting notes

• Act as the first point of contact for the MD

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

  • Age At least 26 years

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a Personal Assistant, Personal Secretary, or similar role

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital collaboration tools

• Sound knowledge of the Software Industry and FMCG sector

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering background preferred)

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Software Company
