Position Summary

ACI Renewable Energy is committed to providing sustainable, innovative, and customer-centric solutions across the renewable energy sector. To ensure smooth service delivery and enhanced customer satisfaction, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Officer, Query Management. This role is responsible for managing and resolving customer queries in a timely manner, coordinating with internal teams for effective solutions, and maintaining accurate query records. The position will play a vital part in improving service processes, strengthening customer trust, and supporting the company’s mission to build a greener and more energy-efficient future

Job Responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure accurate logging, tracking, and resolution of all queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions and support.
Maintain query databases and generate periodic reports for management review.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and ensure follow-up until closure.
Identify recurring queries and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
Uphold service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation.

Required Educational Qualifications

Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
