Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete Risk Assessment (RA) forms and lead Risk Assessment Meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Fill up and review Pre-Production (PP) Meeting forms after size set approval.
• Conduct PP Meetings to align all stakeholders on quality standards, specifications, and production expectations.
• Prepare and execute Pilot Run formats and conduct Pilot Run Meetings.
• Conduct In-Line report with first output garments from sewing line
• Conduct Pre-Final Inspections with ready packing lists to ensure products meet buyer requirements before final audit.
• Perform Final Inspection based on AQL standards and buyer guidelines.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology (BSTT)

Additional Qualifications

Education

• BSc/ BA in relevant subject from any reputed university.

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements

• Age At least 30 years
• Certification in Quality Assurance / VQA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AQL standards, garment construction, and buyer compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in RA, PP, Pilot Run, In-Line, Pre-Final, and Final Inspections.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
