The Officer – Customer Service will be responsible for managing customer communication, orders, complaints, and follow-ups across Kaaruj Bangladesh’s online and retail channels. The role requires close coordination with the Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, accurate product information, and a consistent customer experience.

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, messages, and complaints across online and retail channels professionally and promptly.
• Process and follow up on customer orders, payments, deliveries, and pending requirements.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding customer communication, campaigns, product launches, influencer/content creator communication, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to verify product availability, stock status, and order requirements.
• Maintain effective coordination with relevant departments for smooth customer service and order execution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, orders, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups, and prepare necessary reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kaaruj products, pricing, availability, offers, and key product features.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, outlet activities, influencer collaborations, and other assigned initiatives.

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
• Proactive, responsible, organized, and professional approach to work.
