Position Summary
Akij Bicycle & Engineering Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven professional for the position of National Sales Manager (NSM) – Spare Parts. The incumbent will be responsible for leading nationwide sales operations, strengthening distribution networks, and driving sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve overall business targets
- Lead and oversee sales operations across all regions of Bangladesh
- Set sales targets and monitor performance of RSMs, TSMs, and field sales teams
- Strengthen distribution channels, expand dealer network, and ensure maximum market coverage
- Drive sales growth, increase market share, and ensure profitability
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure effective collection, credit control, and maintain financial discipline
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and other departments for smooth business operations
- Review sales reports regularly and ensure ERP & RTM compliance
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Qualifications
- Age At least 32 years
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Engineering background will be considered an added advantage
Experience
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bicycle, Group of Companies
