The Medical Promotion Officer (MPO) will be responsible for promoting products to healthcare professionals, generating prescriptions, maintaining market relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should be energetic, target-driven, and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Visit doctors, dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions regularly to
• promote products and generate prescriptions.
• Create market demand through effective product detailing and scientific discussions.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, chemist points, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Ensure product availability in the market through regular pharmacy visits and order collection.
• Provide accurate product information and respond to queries from healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to management.

Educational Requirements

• Science background in SSC and HSC is mandatory.
• Candidates with B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualifications will receive preference.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales or Medical Promotion.
• Experience working with reputed pharmaceutical companies will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Honest, sincere, energetic, and career-focused personality.
• Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
