Job Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and medical treatment for minor injuries and illnesses to factory colleagues.
• Address basic medical emergencies promptly before referring to a hospital if necessary.
• Maintain accurate health records for employees, including sick cases, and report to the HR department.
• Ensure the availability of first aid kits and necessary medical supplies at all times.
• Support the safety team in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with nearby hospitals or clinics for emergency medical cases.
• Assist HR and Administration with health-related activities and initiatives.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing

Additional Qualifications

Education

• Diploma in Nursing
• Diploma in Nursing, Medical Faculty, or a similar discipline.

Experience

• At least 2 years

Additional Requirements

• Age At most 30 years
• Candidates with experience in a factory or industrial environment will be given strong preference.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
