Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to support the growth and success of the organization.
• Analyze market trends and make recommendations for changes to the organization’s marketing strategies. 
• Monitor competitors’ marketing campaigns and activities, and develop counter strategies. 
• Manage the development, production and distribution of all marketing materials and campaigns, including print, digital and social media materials. 
• Develop and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, external vendors, and advertising and promotional agencies. 
• Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and activities. 
• Track, analyze and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns. 
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns in multiple channels. 
• Ensure brand messages and marketing materials are consistent and in line with the brand’s identity. 
• Monitor industry best practices and be up-to-date with the latest trends in the marketing field. 
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Developing pricing strategies and understanding customer behavior and market trends.
• Coordinating and directing the design, production, and distribution of all promotional materials and products 
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure the product meets customer expectations and needs.
