Position Summary
The Manager/Sr. Manager (Administration) directs the daily operational logistics of an organization, overseeing facility management, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure peak efficiency. They are responsible for implementing administrative policies, managing vendor relationships, and leading a team to maintain a safe, well-equipped, and cost-effective workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Management:
- Oversee overall administrative operations of all units under the Group.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, utilities and infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor administrative policies and procedures.
- Facility & Asset Management:
- Supervise maintenance, repair and security of office premises and company assets.
- Maintain proper records of fixed assets and inventory.
- Ensure optimal utilization of company resources.
- Logistics & Transport Management:
- Control and monitor company vehicles, fuel consumption and driver activities.
- Ensure proper vehicle maintenance, documentation and compliance.
- Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Administer procurement of office supplies, equipment and services.
- Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreements.
- Security & Compliance:
- Ensure safety and security of the company and its unit.
- Coordinate with law enforcement or relevant authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies.
- Support Services:
- Organize meetings, events and official programs.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and office discipline.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain all administrative records, agreements and documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports on administrative activities and expenditures.
- Assist management in policy formulation and implementation.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in administrative management, preferably in a Group of Companies.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of administrative laws, compliance and safety regulations.
- Must have computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Education
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Master’s in any discipline.
- MBA Major in HRM will get preference
Experience
- 10 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies
