We are seeking an experienced Manager – Service & Engineering to lead technical service operations, oversee installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial machinery, and ensure timely, high-quality customer support. The role requires strong expertise in industrial automation, technical problem-solving, and team leadership.

• Lead the Service & Engineering team to ensure exceptional customer support.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and after-sales service activities.
• Provide technical guidance and training to engineers and technicians.
• Ensure timely service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• 5–8 years of experience in Industrial Machinery, Technical Service, Automation, or Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• PLC
• VFD
• Servo Motors & Servo Drives
• Inverters
• HMI
• Sensors
• Pneumatic Systems
• Electrical Control Panels
• Industrial Automation
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience in leading technical/service teams.
• Good communication, customer handling, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel for installation, commissioning, and technical support.
