Position Summary

The Manager – Sales will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, and expanding the market presence of Greenery Energy Solutions. The incumbent will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage key client relationships, oversee the sales team, and identify new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector. This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong leadership capabilities, business acumen, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and strategic partners.

• Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.

• Develop and execute key account management strategies to maximize customer retention and repeat business.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.

• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and contractual agreements.

• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activities, and conversion rates to ensure target achievement.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for senior management.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking forums.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry standards.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• MBA or other relevant professional qualifications will be considered an advantage.

• Experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.

• Prior experience in the solar energy, renewable energy, electrical, engineering, construction, EPC, or related industry is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of B2B sales, project sales, solution selling, and key account management.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue growth objectives.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and project-related engagements.
