Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Manager – Commercial. This position is responsible for overseeing commercial operations, managing vendor and client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth business transactions.
The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, along with the ability to support business growth and maintain operational efficiency. Ideal candidates should have experience in commercial management and strategic planning.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely processing and management of LC (Letter of Credit) in coordination with banks and suppliers
- Monitor and follow up on shipment schedules to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods
- Oversee C&F (Clearing & Forwarding) and transportation activities for efficient logistics operations
- Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance across all supply chain activities
- Manage supplier documentation and ensure timely material delivery as per requirements
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies
- Control port demurrage and detention costs through effective planning and coordination
- Prepare and analyze cost-saving reports and identify opportunities for optimization
- Maintain and present LC status reports, customs clearance reports and shipment updates
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial operations
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Additional Qualifications
- Age 32 to 42 years
- More than 10 Years in Export Import and Commercial

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience
- At least 10 years
