Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end catering operations for events and corporate clients
• Ensure timely food preparation, packaging, and delivery
• Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service teams
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Supervise manpower and operational scheduling
• Control operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Handle client coordination and event execution

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Additional Qualifications

• Age At least 28 years
• Strong experience in catering operations, event management, or institutional food service
• Good understanding of food costing, budgeting, and operational efficiency
• Experience in corporate or industrial catering environment will be highly preferred

Education

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any discipline

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Catering
