Position Summary

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Manager - Admin & HR.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR & Admin strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and monitor overall Admin strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Prepared & Implementation Admin policies.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs and ensure the Training and Development Programmed are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through Admin metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintaining Employee attendance & leave management on daily basis.
  • Personal file management.
  • Preparing all kinds of Office Notices, Notes & Letters.
  • Conducting employee induction program.
  • Facilitate the process of the end year performance assessment.
  • Expert in Microsoft word, excel, power point, publisher, etc.
  • Develop, establish and implement a framework of organizational development process, policy & procedure.
  • Carry out necessary paper works in the office for record keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arranges timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal, Stationery item, Photocopy, document mailing, buyer entertainment etc. and maintain proper records thereof.
  • Establish human capital metrics and measurements including tracking, analysis and reporting on all
  • Proactive & professional handling of crisis like accident, Fire incident, theft issue etc.
  • Manage any kind of undesirable situation that require administrative support.
  • Other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.


Educational Requirements

  • BBA/Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
  • PGD in HRM or any professional degree from abroad in HR/Administration field will be an added advantage.
  • Skills Required: Administration, Administrative Management, Employee Branding, Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Oparation, Policy Development

Experience Requirements

  • At least 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Microsoft Office well known with bangla type. Buyer Communication. Social Audit.
