Position Summary
We are looking for Management Trainee / Jr. Executive (HR & Welfare) - Female at Globus Garments Ltd.
Job Responsibilities
1. Handling grievance mechanism 2. Assist to maintain daily attendance of employee 3. Build relationship with associates to develop moral culture in work place. 4. Aware associates about their rights & responsibility.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications
Education: BBA/MBA (Major in HRM) Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply Additional requirement: • Written and verbal communication skill in English is must • Ready to work under pressure. • The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality. • Good communication skill Self-motivated, responsible and team player.
