Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Liaison Officer to manage official communication and coordination with government offices and regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in licensing, tender processing, government documentation, approvals, and regulatory follow-up.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication and professional relationships with relevant government offices, regulatory bodies, and authorities.
- Handle and follow up on various licenses, permits, renewals, approvals, an certifications.
- Manage documentation and coordination related to government tenders and procurement processes.
- Collect tender documents, review submission requirements, and coordinate timely preparation and submission.
- Follow up with government offices regarding applications, approvals, licenses, tenders, and other official matters.
- Prepare and submit required official letters, applications, forms, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of licenses, approvals, tender documents, government correspondence, and renewal schedules.
- Ensure all regulatory and official submissions are completed within required deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary documents and information.
- Attend meetings and official visits to government offices as required.
- Keep management informed about the status of licenses, tenders, approvals, and pending government matters.
- Ensure all liaison activities are conducted professionally and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Law, or any relevant discipline.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of government procedures and official documentation.
- Good understanding of licensing and tender processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination ability.
- Good documentation and record-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in Government Liaison, Licensing, Tender Processing, Regulatory Affairs, or Corporate Affairs.
- Practical experience dealing with government offices and regulatory authorities is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling licenses, renewals, permits, and tender documentation is required.
