Position Summary

We are looking for some candidates for the position of Lead / Manager, Business Development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the DRC.
  • Provide strategic advice to management on new business ideas and initiatives, positioning DRC as a leading Business Process Management (BPM) provider in Bangladesh.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and potential areas for expansion within the BPO industry.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to strengthen DRC’s presence and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze competitor data and industry benchmarks to develop strategies that create a sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitive analysis to senior management.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Inspire, guide, and support the sales team to achieve set revenue targets and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement sales plans, budgets, and market entry strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences to promote services and expand the client base.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of DRC’s service offerings to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the BPO industry.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Any discipline

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of the BPO industry and its trends is a must
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
