Job Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for acquisition as per project requirements
• Conduct market research and feasibility analysis
• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, agents, and local stakeholders
• Lead price negotiations and finalize commercial terms
• Verify land titles, ownership documents, and ensure due diligence compliance
• Liaise with legal, survey, and regulatory teams for smooth documentation
• Maintain updated database of available lands and acquisition pipeline
• Ensure acquisition targets are achieved within timeline and budget
• Handle government liaison and local authority approvals (if required)

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Honors (4 Years) in LLB Honours

Additional Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Urban & Regional Planning
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Experience

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Law Firm, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of land laws, documentation, and due diligence process
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
