Position Summary

Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about customer communication and sales operations? We are looking for a Jr. Sales Support professional to assist our sales team, manage customer communications, maintain records, and support overall sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
    • Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
    • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
    • Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding products and services.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Support lead generation and sales pipeline management.
    • Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

    Required Educational Qualifications
    • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

      Experience:

        • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
        • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, IT Services, Software Companies, or E-commerce will be given preference.

        • Age: 20 to 30 years.
        • Good communication skills in Bangla and Strong basic English.
