The JR. INSTRUCTOR (Mechanical) will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical instruction to diploma-level learners, conducting laboratory and workshop sessions, preparing lesson plans and assessment materials, and ensuring effective classroom management in accordance with polytechnic curriculum standards.

• Applicants with a B.Sc. diploma will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:

• 01-03 years of relevant experience preferred

Other Special Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals including Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Strength of Materials, and Theory of Machines.
• Practical experience in workshop practices such as fitting, machining, welding, carpentry, and fabrication.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, and engineering schematics.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, height gauge) and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD / SolidWorks) and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of industrial safety standards, preventive maintenance, and quality control procedures.
• Strong instructional, classroom management, and student mentoring skills for diploma-level learners.
• Ability to prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, lab manuals, and assessment materials as per polytechnic curriculum standards
