Position Summary

We are looking for some candidates for the position of Japanese translator and the Documents team in charge.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate (online and offline) with clients/students regarding the file processing purpose.
  • Translating students' documents for the Japan Immigration. 
  • Prepare students for the School and Embassy Interview. 
  • Update daily teaching-related activities if necessary.
  • Assist other team members with student-related activities.
  • Communicate with students face-to-face or over the phone regarding their visa application-related activities.
  • Any other related work assigned by the management.
  • Conducting Japanese Language Classes if necessary. 


Job Specification:

  • Graduate/Master's in the relevant field or similar education from Japan.
  • Minimum two years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Those who already have experience to stay Japan will be highly appreciated.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

  • Age 30 to 45 year(s).
  • Graphics and design-related computer skills will be highly appreciated.
  • Excellent communication skills both in Japanese & English.
  • Willingness to work independently with self-direction.
  • Willingness to work as an active team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • To increase the efficiency of the Japanese Language skills of the students.
  • To increase the output of the Documentation team.
  • To increase the output of teachers and the documents team.


Terms and Conditions:

  • His/her probation period will be based on satisfactory performance and company policy.
  • His/her initial salary will be negotiable
  • He/She will be given per per-year festival bonus 02 times after the probation period.
