Position Summary
Catalyst Solutions, a multinational company serving Fortune 500 clients in the USA and Canada, is hiring IT Associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and IT operations 24/7. As a data analytics firm operating under ISO 27001:2022 standards, we seek tech-savvy professionals who are early adopters of new technologies and capable of supporting and improving modern office IT systems
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 internet connectivity with procured ISP bandwidth across all offices.
- Maintain proper functioning of all workstations and enforce internal IT policies.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Keep an updated inventory of all electronic devices.
- Ensure organization-wide data security compliance aligned with ISO 27001:2022 standards.
- Monitor and maintain IP camera systems for continuous operational visibility.
- Implement fail-safe measures for all IT equipment.
- Maintain required documentation, including checklists, maintenance logs, incident reports
- Learn and adopt new technologies to improve IT infrastructure aligned with global offices.
- Support IT recruitment activities when required.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations across locations.
- Manage and maintain all electrically operated office equipment.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Additional Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, ISP, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
