Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Instructor – Prompt Engineering to design and deliver high-quality training programs on AI prompting, generative AI tools, and practical AI workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with AI platforms, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners from diverse backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities
Training & Instruction:
- Conduct live and recorded training sessions on Prompt Engineering and Generative AI tools.
- Teach effective prompting techniques for platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, and other AI systems.
- Develop beginner to advanced learning pathways for students and professionals.
- Deliver practical, project-based learning experiences.
Curriculum Development:
- Design course outlines, lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects.
- Update training materials regularly based on emerging AI trends and tools.
- Create industry-relevant case studies and real-world applications.
Student Support & Mentorship:
- Guide learners in building AI-assisted workflows and portfolios.
- Provide feedback on assignments, projects, and prompt optimization techniques.
- Support students in improving productivity, automation, research, and content generation using AI.
Research & Innovation:
- Stay updated with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI productivity tools.
- Experiment with new prompting strategies and AI applications.
- Contribute ideas for new AI training programs and workshops.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering in CSE
Additional Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in training, teaching, content creation, or working with AI/Generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Prompt Engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Notion AI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or content creation is preferred.
