To engineer comprehensive, energy-efficient HVAC designs, perform accurate heat load calculations, select optimal equipment, and compile detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for commercial and industrial tenders. 

• Execute detailed cooling and heating load calculations using industry-standard software (HAP, Trace 700, or equivalent).
• Design ductwork, piping layouts, and schematic drawings in compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local building codes.
• Utilize specialized vendor selection software (Daikin, Carrier, Trane, York, etc.) to specify Chillers, VRF systems, FCUs, and AHUs.
• Prepare complete, unpriced and priced BOQs, technical compliance statements, and bid documentation.
• Collaborate with sales teams during pre-bid meetings to present optimized technical solutions to clients and consultants.

• Accuracy and precision of BOQs and engineering estimations (minimizing post-award variances).
• On-time delivery of complete design and estimation packages for ongoing bids.
• Optimization of equipment selection to improve competitive bid pricing without sacrificing quality

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of dedicated design and estimation experience within the commercial HVAC sector.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, HAP (Hourly Analysis Program), and major manufacturer selection software.
• Sound knowledge of international standards including ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local fire & life safety codes.
