Position Summary
The position is responsible for developing automated solutions for HR documents and processes while analyzing HR data to generate insights for decision-making. This role combines programming, data analysis, and HR systems knowledge to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting within the HR function.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated solutions for HR documents
- Design systems or scripts to automate repetitive HR processes (e.g., onboarding documentation, employee data updates, PMS, Budget etc).
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to generate meaningful insights and reports.
- Develop dashboards and HR analytics reports related to recruitment, turnover, attendance, and employee performance.
- Integrate HR data from different systems (HRIS, Excel, databases) for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality of HR data and documents.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve HR systems and workflows.
- Provide technical support and training to HR team members for automated tools and systems.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Additional Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Experience
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- 2–4 years of experience in programming, automation, or data analysis.
- Experience working with HR systems or HR data will be an added advantage.
- Programming languages such as Python, VBA, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Advanced), Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with database management (SQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Knowledge of document automation tools or workflow automation.
