To lead end-to-end technical recruitment across HVAC and Solar divisions while managing day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and employee compliance.

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for technical, engineering, commercial, and operational vacancies across all SBUs.
• Source specialized engineering talent utilizing professional networks, job portals, headhunting, and campus recruitment.
• Coordinate structured technical interviewing panels and compile post-interview evaluation metrics.
• Facilitate seamless employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation for new joiners.
• Manage routine HR operations including attendance monitoring, leave administration, personnel files, and HRIS updates. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Average time-to-fill for critical technical and BD positions (Target: < 30 days).
• New hire 90-day retention rate.
• Compliance level of personnel records and employee database entries. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• 2 to 4 years of HR experience, with demonstrated emphasis on recruiting technical/engineering talent within EPC, HVAC, or construction industries. Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Clear understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR operational practices.
