Position Summary
Akij Venture Group is looking for energetic and dedicated candidates for the position of HR Executive to work in Regional HR Operations & Payroll. The incumbent will be responsible for payroll processing, attendance management, employee documentation, and overall HR operational activities from the regional office.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily HR operations activities at the regional office
- Prepare and process employee payroll, attendance, leave, and overtime data
- Ensure proper documentation of joining, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and disciplinary files
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding HR and administrative matters
- Maintain employee database and HR reports regularly
- Monitor field employees’ attendance and movement records
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities when required
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee queries regarding salary, attendance, leave, and HR-related issues
Required Educational Qualifications
- Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications
- Age At least 26 years
- Only Male
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Candidate must be willing to work at regional offices
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Management or related discipline
- MBA major in HRM will get preference
Experience
- 1 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
