Position Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, documentation, and employee support, ensuring smooth HR functions within the company.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support employee engagement and welfare activities
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Required Educational Qualifications

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Others
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Any discipline
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM( Human Resource management)

Additional Qualifications

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Note: BBA/MBA will get preference (any discipline can apply)
