Position Summary
We are seeking a versatile and reliable HR & Administration Officer who can efficiently manage day-to-day operations while also bringing strong coordination and communication skills to the table. This role is at the heart of our people operations — from recruitment and employee management to office coordination and company culture development.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “get things done,” but is also passionate about building systems, optimizing workflows, and collaborating across departments. You’ll be a key contributor as we scale up and formalize internal processes — a true business partner in the making.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding
Employee records, attendance tracking, contract and compliance management
Organize training, team-building, and cultural initiatives
Liaise across departments to ensure smooth administrative support
Manage office facilities and supplies to enhance workplace experience
Assist with labor law compliance and documentation as needed
The position is full-time and home-based.
A personal computer and a reliable internet connection are required to perform this role efficiently.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications
Prior experience in a startup or small team environment is a plus
Strong time management and organizational skills
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance (Bangladesh)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
Experience using tools like Google Workspace, MS Excel, or any HR management system
Good interpersonal skills and a proactive working attitude
Familiarity with online communication tools (e.g. WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet)
