Position Summary

The Graphics Designer is responsible for developing visually compelling and brand-consistent creative materials that support DIPTI’s marketing, admissions, training programs, institutional branding, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. The role requires expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, branding, digital content creation, and visual storytelling to strengthen the institute’s visibility and communication effectiveness.

The incumbent will work closely with the Creative & Innovation Team, Business Development Division, Admission & Counseling Team, Student Affairs, and Project Teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs that align with organizational objectives and brand standards.


Job Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Content Production

  • Design high-quality static graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, events, and institutional communications.
  • Create engaging visual content including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, certificates, roll-ups, infographics, and promotional materials.
  • Design creative assets for admissions campaigns, training programs, events, competitions, and institutional announcements.
  • Ensure timely production and delivery of all assigned design tasks.

2. Motion Graphics & Multimedia Design

  • Create motion graphics, animated content, GIFs, reels, and short promotional videos for digital platforms.
  • Design engaging visual elements for video productions including intros, outros, lower-thirds, and animated transitions.
  • Develop video thumbnails and promotional visuals that improve audience engagement and content visibility.
  • Support video production teams with graphics and visual effects as required.

3. Branding & Visual Identity Management

  • Maintain strict compliance with DIPTI’s branding guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Ensure consistency across all online and offline communication materials.
  • Strengthen institutional brand recognition through innovative and professional design practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of DIPTI’s visual communication strategy.

4. Creative Innovation & Design Development

  • Research emerging design trends, creative concepts, AI-powered design tools, and digital content formats.
  • Introduce innovative design approaches to improve engagement and audience experience.
  • Develop reusable templates, branding assets, and creative frameworks for institutional use.
  • Recommend creative enhancements for campaigns and communication materials.

5. Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, admission drives, seasonal promotions, contests, and awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to produce high-converting visual content.
  • Support lead generation efforts through compelling and audience-focused creative materials.
  • Design campaign-specific visuals aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences.

6. Event Branding & Creative Support

  • Develop event branding materials including banners, backdrops, stage visuals, certificates, invitations, and promotional content.
  • Support seminars, workshops, conferences, competitions, fairs, and institutional programs through creative design solutions.
  • Ensure complete branding support for internal and external events.
  • Assist in post-event creative documentation and promotional activities.

7. Asset Management & Documentation

  • Maintain and organize institutional design assets, templates, brand resources, and creative files.
  • Ensure proper archiving of editable and finalized design materials.
  • Manage digital asset libraries for easy access and future reuse.
  • Maintain version control and file management standards.

8. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Admission & Counseling teams to create enrollment-focused marketing materials.
  • Support Student Affairs in promoting student achievements, alumni success stories, competitions, and engagement activities.
  • Assist project teams in developing branding and communication materials for donor-funded and government-supported projects.
  • Coordinate with content writers, video editors, photographers, and marketing personnel to ensure integrated campaign execution.

9. Institutional Representation

  • Uphold the image, values, and reputation of DIPTI and Daffodil Group through all visual communications.
  • Ensure professionalism, creativity, and accuracy in all public-facing design materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards while handling organizational information and branding assets.

10. Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with institutional priorities and departmental objectives.
  • Support special projects, campaigns, and strategic initiatives as required.

11. General Responsibilities

  • Comply with all organizational policies, HR regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of institutional information and creative assets.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all assigned duties.
  • Contribute positively to the growth, visibility, and reputation of DIPTI.
  • Support the strategic objectives of the Creative & Innovation Department and Business Development Division.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Diploma in Graphics Design
Additional Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, UI/UX, or Multimedia Design will be considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, digital media, or related fields.
  • Experience working in educational institutions, marketing agencies, or creative organizations will be preferred.
