Job Responsibilities

• Design visual content for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and packaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute packaging, labeling, and product-related creatives.
• Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Create reusable and customizable design templates for both internal and external use.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Edit and enhance images and illustrations for use on websites and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with printers and external vendors to ensure final products meet production and quality standards.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input for various marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and maintain a high standard of visual quality across all deliverables.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design

Additional Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Textile, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Automobile, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Cement Industry, Furniture Manufacturer, Steel

Additional Requirements:

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Proven graphic designing experience (portfolio required).
