We are looking for a  Graphic Designer for RB Tourism (Ruposi Bangla Tourism).

• Create attractive and professional graphics for Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Design promotional banners, advertisements, posters, flyers, brochures and digital marketing materials.
• Prepare creative designs for visa services, air tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages and travel promotions.
• Design social media posts, reels covers, thumbnails and campaign creatives according to company requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency, including logo placement, colors, typography and overall visual identity.
• Edit and enhance photos for promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs on time.
• Revise designs based on feedback and maintain organized design files.
• Keep up with current graphic design trends and social media advertising formats.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animated promotional videos and short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Edit promotional videos, travel reels, tour package videos and destination highlights for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Create animated text, logo animations, transitions, visual effects and motion-based advertisements.
• Produce Reels, Shorts and other vertical video content using suitable formats and aspect ratios.
• Add background music, sound effects, subtitles, voiceovers and other elements to enhance video quality.
• Edit travel footage, photos and clips into attractive promotional videos for destinations, hotels, resorts, tour packages and visa services.
• Create video advertisements and campaign creatives for digital marketing and brand promotion.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Canva and other design tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of color combinations, typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create engaging social media creatives.
• Creativity, attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple design tasks.
• A portfolio of previous design work is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of CapCut or similar video editing tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, video transitions, color grading and audio synchronization.
• Ability to create visually engaging videos suitable for social media marketing.
• A portfolio of previous video editing and motion graphics work is required.

Experience:

• Freshers with strong design skills may apply.
• Experience in social media marketing or travel and tourism-related design will be an advantage.
