Position Summary

We are looking for the position of Front Desk & Admin Executive


Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, ensuring smooth and professional reception operations.
  • Communicate effectively between visitors and employees, facilitating necessary coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visitor in/out logs and ensure proper daily tracking.
  • Manage and update logbooks for all incoming parcels and packages (both local and international) to ensure traceability.
  • Support the Admin Department in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and training sessions, including logistics, refreshments, and documentation.
  • Process administrative requisitions, handle bill submissions, and maintain petty cash records related to front office and admin expenses.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of the reception area, conference rooms, and common spaces; promptly report maintenance or repair needs.
  • Manage business travel arrangements, including ticketing and coordination with travel agents for both inbound and outbound travel.
  • Coordinate with hotels for bookings and related formalities.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Admin Department on a day-to-day basis.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Dyeing Factory

Additional Requirements

  • Strong command of spoken and written English with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
  • Hands-on experience in handling front desk communication and coordination.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with a presentable personality.
