Position Summary

Field Coordinator, INSPIRE (Insurance for Slum People`s Inclusion, Resilience and Empowerment) will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring daily field operations, ensuring effective supervision of staff, efficient logistics, and smooth coordination, maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders, supporting accurate data collection and reporting, and ensuring all activities adhere to safety, inclusiveness, and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily field operations to ensure timely and effective implementation of project activities.
  • Supervise field staff and oversee field-level logistics to maintain smooth coordination, optimal resources utilization and project workflow.
  • Liaise with local authorities and community stakeholders to facilitate strong collaboration and continuous support for project activities.
  • Support accurate, verified, and timely field data collection and reporting to the central project management team.
  • Ensure all field activities strictly comply with organizational safety, inclusiveness, and quality standards.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding to establish a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Behave in a manner consistent with BRAC’s brand, values, and protocols.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedures in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in NGO/ Insurance.
  • This position is open for Bangladeshi nationals only


Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor Degree from a reputed university in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or any related subject.

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Insurance
