Position Summary

Responsible for supporting field operations, coordinating community activities, and assisting in the implementation of program activities at the sub-centre level.

Job Responsibilities

This role needs to ensure standard quality hand embroidery training/production. S/he also needs to maintain smooth operation of the sub-center by proper monitoring and coordination with artisans and staff.

  • Implement the production planning and monitor the production for timely delivery.
  • Oversee to prepare sample and take approval from the authority.
  • Monitor the task/progress of sub-centers.
  • Check and assure the products quality during the production process.
  • Send the daily produced quality goods in the finish/ assigned sections timely.
  • Communicate with sub center team leader about weekly work schedule and distribution of job materials.
  • Maintaining the artisan’s information, job, task receiving and delivery.
  • Prepare wages muster roll, wages register book, and entry the pass book of the artisans.
  • Monitor work environment, cleanliness etc. of the sub-center.
  • Collect artisans from community as per target by moving door to door.
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
  • Maintain any other job as assigned by the Management.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge on Quality assurance mechanism.
  • Knowledge on material, product and production.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

Skills:

  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
  • Managing artisans
  • Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
  • Excellent influencing, negotiating skills.
  • Skill on motorcycle driving & having license.

Education

  • Minimum HSC in any reputed govt. recognized instituition.
